Nestle Japan will soon be offering a sake-flavoured Kit Kat, reports Rocket News 24.
Japan has many Kit Kat flavours ranging from wasabi to red been sandwich to soy bean. Popular among foreign tourist is the Green Tea Kit Kat.
Nestle Japan now wants to expand its selection of Japanese-exclusive flavours with the Sake Kit Kat, which is also aimed at the foreign tourist market. The new Kit Kat contains sake powder, giving it the taste and aroma of the famous Japanese rice wine.
Nestle Japan will release the sake-flavoured Kit Kat on February 1. Its packaging will feature an image of the well-known liquor. – AFP/Relaxnews, January 30, 2016.
