Hyundai to launch first fully electric model in January 2016

In addition to the electric model, the new design will also be the first ever car to become available in three power options, including hybrid and plug-in hybrid.
Each model possesses the same body and is equipped with lithium-ion batteries.
Named after a combination of the words "ion" and "unique", the Hyundai Ioniq will premiere in Korea in January and will be revealed both at the Geneva International Motor Show and the New York Auto Show in March 2016. – AFP Relax News, December 8, 2015.
