With the Microsoft Band 2, Volvo owners will be able to set the navigation, start the heater, lock doors, and sound the horn via a mobile app that's connected to the wearable device. – Reuters pic, January 5, 2016.With the Microsoft Band 2, Volvo owners will be able to set the navigation, start the heater, lock doors, and sound the horn via a mobile app that's connected to the wearable device. – Reuters pic, January 5, 2016.Volvo introduced a new feature in collaboration with Microsoft Tuesday that allows Microsoft Band 2 owners to start their car and lock the doors with a few voice commands.

To be unveiled at CES 2016 in Las Vegas, the new feature is the latest collaboration between Volvo and Microsoft. In November, Volvo showed off HoloLens, a virtual and mixed reality headset that allows users to visualise cars in 3D and holographic form.
