This year's Eating Out In Pubs guide by Michelin contains 60 new eateries from around Great Britain and Ireland.
Pub of the Year was awarded to The Butchers Arms in Eldersfield, England. The pub first won a Michelin star back in 2011, and has gone from strength to strength.
Rebecca Burr, Editor of the guide, describes the cooking as "proudly British and classically based but it is also refined, carefully measured and packed with flavour".
The Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide 2016 is available in bookstores and at http://travel.michelin.co.uk, priced at £14.99 and €16.99 in Ireland. – AFP Relaxnews, October 31, 2015.
