3 more ‘Transformers’ sequels to arrive before 2020

The Transformers films, based on the exploits of a Hasbro toy range, have transformed the concept from a plaything into a US$3.7 billion (RM15.36 billion) franchise.
To capitalise on this huge popularity, Paramount is continuing to strike while the iron is hot and has announced that "Transformers 5" will hit cinema screens on June 23, 2017. On June 8, 2018, Transformers 6 will arrive and on June 28, 2019 the seventh instalment is due.
Although no official titles or plot details have been revealed, Michael Bay has confirmed that he will be directing the fifth instalment. – AFP/Relaxnews, February 13, 2016.
