WellBe, a bracelet which monitors and detects stress

This brand new connected bracelet is constructed from cork, making it light and aesthetic. Using an algorithm, it monitors your heart rate and when it detects stress it gets your smartphone to alert you.

Depending on the people you are with, the time of day and your location, the app then suggests a range of relaxation techniques based on meditation and deep breathing.

And to be sure that the exercise has worked well, WellBe measures your heart rate before and afterwards. If need be, it will then suggest another method to help you regain your composure.

Melomind, a relaxing anti-stress headset

Unveiled at CES 2015 by its manufacturer, myBrain Technologies, this wearable headset which connects to an app is designed to provide real-time measurement of brain waves in the parietal region using 4 sensors.

Based on this data, Melomind can then suggest low frequency sounds accompanied by soft modulated melodies adjusted to the level of relaxation required. Each session lasts 3 to 15 minutes.

The app enables you to monitor your stress peaks and troughs. You can choose your own audio environment and musical atmosphere.

This new object was designed in partnership with France's Brain and Spine Institute. It's a fun, sensory and interactive experience which can be used on a daily basis to stay calm.

Sona, a connected bracelet which enhances general wellbeing

This elegant leather and metal bracelet connects via Bluetooth to the Caeden App which is compatible with Apple Healthkit.

It tracks your stress by analyzing your heart rate (particularly the difference between two beats) and breathing. It helps you to improve control of your nervous system by sending you a series of breathing and meditation initiation exercises.

Sona also offers the more classic features of an activity tracker and calculates total calories burned. It is currently available for pre-orders and an Android version with Google Fit is expected soon.

Bluetens, a smartphone-controlled massaging device for relaxation or sport

This new palm-sized electrostimulation device connects to a smartphone and works with an app for iOS or Android. Self-adhesive electrodes are placed on arms, back, or any other part of the body to provide a relaxing, fitness, or sports massage.

The device asks you to choose one of three modes: "physio care", "relaxation" or "fitness": it has around a hundred soothing or invigorating programs created by physiotherapists.

Bluetens is a certified medical product, but is contraindicated for pregnant women and anyone with a pacemaker.
