Xiaomi launches new Mi Band fitness tracker

While the company first unveiled the Mi Band in China last year, the 1S version – also referred to as the Mi Band Pulse – has gotten such upgrades as an optical heart-rate sensor and design changes.
The new Mi Band is slightly larger than its original version and weighs half a gram more. It is dust and water-resistant, and boasts a 30-day battery life on a single charge.
The Mi Band Pulse is currently only available in China, with no word on its international launch. It will retail for US$16 (RM70). – AFP/Relaxnews, November 9, 2015.
