Luxury chain Mandarin Oriental opens hotel in Milan
A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the inauguration of The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's newest addition in Milan.
The new hotel, located on Via Andegari, features contemporary Italian décor, the work of interior designer Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel Interiors, whose previous projects include the Bulgari Hotel in Dubai.
Offering 73 rooms and 31 suites, the hotel is also home to the Mandarin Bar and the Seta restaurant which is headed by Antonio Guida and offers a selection of food that fuses Tuscan flavors with French and Asian influences.
The new hotel's amenities include a spa that's nearly 10,000 sq ft in size, with a gym, indoor pool and hair salon. – AFP/Relaxnews, August 1, 2015.
