Malapascua

Malapascua island is located off the northernmost tip of Cebu Island, and apart from being a popular diving destination, is famed for its wide, white sandy beach known as Bounty Beach. The island is famous for its beautiful coral gardens and coral walls and has many diving spots where thresher sharks and manta rays can be regularly sighted.

Bantayan

Bantayan island is one of 167 surrounding islands in the province of Cebu, this small diving paradise has a population of just slightly over 120,000 people. The sandy white beaches and aquamarine crystal clear waters are extremely popular for tourists, especially for those keen on diving and snorkeling.

Camotes Islands

Camotes Islands are a group of islands located east of Cebu Island. Apart from its natural land attractions, there are numerous dive sites around the island. Apart from the beautiful corals and marine life, the islands are also known for being great spots for night diving, so be sure to enquire about that from your travel guides.

Maolboal

The diving at Moalboal is extremely varied. There are slopes and walls, caves, canyons and coral reefs in pristine, undamaged conditions.

There’s also a huge variety of marine life in the waters off Maolboal, including big whale sharks! The shallow waters off some of the beaches are also ideal for snorkeling.

Oslob is best known for whale shark diving, which allows divers to swim and interact with these majestic sea animals at Tanawan. Just be sure to observe the rules that are set to ensure this protected species is not harmed or endangered. Some of the rules include not approaching the sharks any closer than 5m, not using cameras with flash, not feeding the animals and not applying body lotion when entering the water.
