The winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide.

The Travellers’ Choice awards have recognised more than 7,000 properties around the world, with lists covering 97 countries and eight regions worldwide. The hallmarks of Travellers’ Choice winners are remarkable service, quality and value.

The average nightly rate of Travellers’ Choice award-winning Top Hotels on TripAdvisor is RM1,424, Bargain is RM320, B&Bs and Inns is RM552, Luxury is RM1,980, Service is RM1,314 and Small Hotels is RM1,314.
