Banana sorbet made from well, just bananas. Naturally sweet, creamy, absolutely a low calorie dessert. It really can't get any better or natural than this.

Ingredients:
6 ripened bananas, peeled and cut into chunks (best to use pisang emas)
Method:
1. Freeze the bananas for at least a day or two.
2. Remove from freezer and let it slightly softened in room temperature for about 5 minutes. Put them in a blender with a little water and blitz until it becomes a creamy, semi frozen consistency.
3. Refreeze for about 1 hour before serving.
*For a touch of indulgence, top the sorbet with some chocolate shavings or chocolate sauce.
