Apparently it is par for the course for Umno politicians to trump up the race card during party elections. Several analysts said it is being done in the Umno context and other races should not despair. Really? You mean they are saying it for the sake of saying it and don't mean it. And they expect to be voted in on such incendiary words and vows of defending the race every three years but not do anything. Is it a wonder then why the vast majority of Bumiputeras are still poor. They keep lapping up unkept promises dished out by these Umno politicians.
